The Osterville Business and Professional Association (OBPA) together with the Osterville Village Association (OVA) awards a $1500.00 college scholarship to a high school senior who is a resident of Osterville or who is the child of an OBPA member regardless of that child’s residence or school attended. The OBPA Scholarship Committee awards the scholarship annually based upon academic achievement and family financial need. The contents of the Application and the review and deliberation process are confidential.
